2× EZ Color SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (CQ23)

Introduction

The EZBioscience^® 2× EZ Color SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix is a kit specifically designed for intercalator-based real-time PCR using SYBR Green I for detection. This kit premixed with a highly stable red dye can be combined with EZBioscience^® Color Reverse Transcription Kit (Cat. No.: A0010C, A0010CG or A0010CGQ), Color All-in-one Reverse Transcription Kit (with DNase) (Cat. No.: RT3C, RT3CP), which contain blue dye. When performing a qPCR reaction, the cDNA (blue) generated by the Reverse Transcription Kit and the 2× EZ Color SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (red) of this kit will turn the solution into purple, which provides a good visual aid when adding samples and greatly reduces the risk of sample addition errors. The Premix is supplied in 2× concentration and contains SYBR Green I, dNTPs, optimized buffer and a genetically engineered hot-start Taq DNA polymerase which uses an anti-Taq antibody, making it easy to prepare reaction mixtures. In addition, this kit contains 50× ROX Reference Dye 1 (ROX1) and 50× ROX Reference Dye 2 (ROX2), which are suitable for all qPCR instruments. This kit allows high amplification efficiency and high detection sensitivity in real-time PCR. 

Components

*1: Contains hot-start DNA Polymerase with an anti-Taq antibody, dNTPs, Mg²⁺, and SYBR Green I and red dye.

*2: Used to rectify the error of fluorescence signals between different wells.

Storage

All components should be stored at -20°C and protected from light. The quality of this product can be guaranteed for 18 months under the recommended storage conditions.
