2× EZ Color SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (CQ22)

Introduction

The EZBioscience^® 2× EZ Color SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (ROX2 plus) is a kit specifically designed for intercalator-based real-time PCR using SYBR Green I for detection. This kit premixed with a highly stable red dye can be combined with EZBioscience^® Color Reverse Transcription Kit (Cat. No.: A0010C, A0010CG or A0010CGQ) and Color All-in-one Reverse Transcription Kit (with DNase) (Cat. No.: RT3C, RT3CP), which contain blue dye. When performing a qPCR reaction, the cDNA (blue) generated by the Reverse Transcription Kit and the 2× EZ Color SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (ROX2 plus) (red) of this kit will turn the solution into purple, which provides a good visual aid when adding samples and greatly reduces the risk of sample addition errors. In addition, the Premix is supplied in 2× concentration and contains SYBR Green I, dNTPs, optimized buffer, low concentration of ROX Reference Dye (ROX2) and a genetically engineered hot-start Taq DNA polymerase which uses an anti-Taq antibody, making it easy to prepare reaction mixtures. This kit allows high amplification efficiency and high detection sensitivity in real-time PCR.

Storage

All components should be stored at -20°C and protected from light. The quality of this product can be guaranteed for 18 months under recommended storage conditions.
