Description

This kit uses magnetic bead method to quickly isolate and purify trace cellular RNA, which can be used for RNA extraction from various cells, with the characteristics of simple operation steps, high purity and stable results. Under the action of lysate, nucleic acids are released, which bind specifically to the superparamagnetic nanobeads modified on the surface, remove non-specific adsorption impurities through the washing solution, and finally elute RNA with high purity. This kit can effectively remove genomic DNA, protein, polysaccharides and other impurities, and the RNA obtained is of high purity, which can be directly used in cDNA synthesis, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR and Northern blot experiments.
