Introduction
The EZBioscience®2× EZ SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix is a kit specifically designed for intercalator-based real-time PCR using SYBR Green I for detection. The Premix is supplied in 2× concentration and contains SYBR Green I, dNTPs, optimized buffer and a genetically engineered hot-start Taq DNA polymerase which uses an anti-Taq antibody, making it easy to prepare reaction mixtures. In addition, this kit contains 50× ROX Reference Dye 1 (ROX1) and 50× ROX Reference Dye 2 (ROX2), which are suitable for all qPCR instruments. This kit allows high amplification efficiency and high detection sensitivity in real-time PCR.

*1: Contain a hot-start PCR enzyme with an anti-Taq antibody, dNTPs, Mg2+, buffer, and SYBR Green I.
*2: Used to rectify the error of fluorescence signals between different wells.
Storage
All components should be stored at -20°C and protected from light. The quality of this product can be guaranteed for 18 months under the recommended storage conditions.
