Introduction
The EZBioscience® 2× EZ SYBR Green qPCR Master Mix (ROX2 plus) is a kit specifically designed for intercalator-based real-time PCR using SYBR Green I for detection. The Premix is supplied in 2× concentration and contains SYBR Green I, dNTPs, optimized buffer, low concentration of ROX Reference Dye (ROX2) and a genetically engineered hot-start Taq DNA polymerase which uses an anti-Taq antibody, making it easy to prepare reaction mixtures. This kit allows high amplification efficiency and high detection sensitivity in real-time PCR.

Storage
All components should be stored at -20°C and protected from light. The quality of this product can be guaranteed for 18 months under the recommended storage conditions.
